Is it possible we are living in virtual reality? For around a hundred years, science has been discovering some strange results from Quantum Mechanics. Is it telling us something interesting about nature? It certainly changes the way we view what reality is, and where it comes from.
I don't believe we need a superior being's computer to create our perceived reality. I suggest that information processing is a natural phenomenon that emerges because there are two polar opposites sides behind nature: nothingness and infiniteness. The infiniteness is the space-time singularity where the big bang came from and where black holes go. And this is the plus side of the polar opposites. The nothingness is the minus side. The unfolding potential between these two sides is information processing. So all reality, in my view, is possible because there are two opposite sides to nature: The infinitely positive, or "the Infinite," and the infinitely negative, or "the nothingness" but not because we are in a computer simulation.
